Plaintiff inquired as to the circumstances and was told to step back.  Plaintiff saw a cell phone fall from his pockets, so she picked it up and tried to walk away.  Plaintiff was then violently thrown to the ground, causing her halter top to fall off and expose her upper body.  As Plaintiff then tried to walk away, other officers threw her into and then over a metal fence, causing injury to her arms as she tried to brace her fall and exposing her undergarments as her legs splayed in the air.   The officers called Plaintiff racist names and tightly handcuffed her.  Plaintiff was eventually taken to Central Booking, charged and released after 21 hours.  While at the precinct, Plaintiff was forces to expose her breasts to show she had no contraband.  Defendant officers Ilbey Aykac, Michael Costa, Joshua Faranda, Thomas McCue, Edwin Reyes and Jesse Ullger all made false statements in reports or to district attorneys.
