The defendants arrested plaintiff John Hockenjos after he objected to this treatment of his wife, placed him in handcuffs and charged him with two counts of reckless endangerment and reckless driving. Plaintiff Irina Hockenjos was unlawfully seized, restrained and separated from her husband and charged with \"disorderly conduct\". The defendants transported plaintiff John Hockenjos to the precinct. While imprisoned there, he was ridiculed and mocked by defendant Pal. The defendants wrongfully charged plaintiffs with crimes in the absence of probable cause to do so.
