At least six officers, including PO Mahon, Valentino, and Figueroa, discharged firearm and at least 15 rounds were fired. After the shooting, defendant officers ignored Mr. Williams and denied and/or unreasonably delayed providing him emergency medical treatment, instead choosing to attend to another officer wounded by the police gunfire.
