Plaintiff produced documents showing that Cornell had been lawfully evicted and that Cornell's attempts to resume occupation of the apartment had been denied by the courts. Thereafter, an unidentified NYPD Sergeant arrived, ignored Plaintiff's explanation of the situation, refused to look at the court documents Plaintiff offered, and then ordered HAMMOND and two unidentified officers to arrest Plaintiff for unlawful eviction. Plaintiff was placed in handcuffs, taken to a police precinct and then Queens Central Booking where he was held until November 28 at approximately 12:00noon at which time he was arraigned, charged with unlawful eviction, and released without bail with an adjournment date of December 27, 2016.
