Defendants then placed Plaintiffs in a police vehicle and transported them against their will to the 44th Precinct where Plaintiffs were placed in a dank and dirty cell where Plaintiffs were illegally detained over the course of two (2) days before their release from physical custody with criminal court summonses, on or about January 24, 2020. Defendants signed the criminal complaint against Plaintiffs, in which he knowingly affirmed the truth of the fabricated allegations against plaintiffs.
