PF was then handcuffed and placed in a van with others and transported to Central Booking where PF was searched and placed in a cell with others. PF was detained and held against her will by Detective Charles Kazak, Sergeant Yael Magori, Police Officer Valerie Matteo, and other members of the NYPD for a period of 1 day for which the PF should have been at liberty. PF was not guilty of any of the offenses for which she was charged and the police officers did not have reasonable or probable cause to stop or detain the PF. PF sustained severe and serious injuries, a severe shock to her nervous system and certain internal injuries.
