Plaintiff was transported to NYPD's 109 precinct station house, where he was held in custody for a matter of hours without explanation. At the station house, the three officers attempted to question Plaintiff without his counsel despite the unequivocal communication that Plaintiff's counsel wanted to be present. Plaintiff also reasonably believed that line-ups and show-ups were conducted without his counsel despite his counsel's wish to be present. Plaintiff was then transported to Queens County Central Booking to await his arraignment. The officers completed arrest paperwork in which they falsely claimed that Plaintiff had committed one or more crimes in order to justify his arrest and to persuade the DA to prosecute Plaintiff.
