David Alleva and POs Chistopher Ryan, Michael Fahrbach, John Doe, and John Roe touched, grabbed, handcuffed, seized, and arrested Plaintiff Cuevas with excessive force and without legal justification. POs also stopped, frisked, searched, grabbed, assaulted, battered, and detained Plaintiff Ramirez with excessive force and without legal justification. POs took Plaintiffs to a police station where they were criminally processed then taken to various stations and and correctional facilities. Plaintiff Ramirez was incarcerated for over 24 hours and was strip-searched while in PO's custody. POs caused a malicious prosecution to be undertaken against Plaintiffs, which were ultimately terminated in Plaintiffs' favor.
