Plaintiff agreed to meet the defendants at the 70th Precinct the following day because he knew he did nothing wrong, did not commit a crime, and did not violate the law in \nany way. On September 4, 2020 plaintiff arrived at the 70th precinct stationhouse located at 154 Lawrence Avenue, Brooklyn, New York 11230, and immediately upon arriving at the 70th Precinct, defendants unlawfully handcuffed and falsely arrested plaintiff, without probable cause or legal justification.
