Defendants Elijah Mitchell (Badge #2201), Javier Mora (Badge #16395), and three John Doe officers ignored her questions. Instead, they attacked Gantt, pushing her to the ground and then dragging her to a separate room where she was cuffed and left lying on the floor. Because of the injuries defendants' treatment caused, Gantt asked to be taken to the hospital. She was taken to the hospital, and then transferred back to the 75th Precinct. Back at the precinct, Gantt asked for additional medical treatment, but the defendants denied it. All charges against Gantt were dismissed on October 12, 2023, after multiple appearances in Criminal Court.\n\nOn June 2, 2023, Inger Battle was also at the 75th precinct, asking about her boyfriend, who had been arrested. Defendants refused to respond. Instead, defendants pushed her and kicked her in the thigh and leg before detaining her in a cell. While in police custody, Battle missed her father's funeral, compounding her trauma. All charges against Battle were dismissed on September 27, 2023, after multiple appearances in Criminal Court.","documents":[{"url":"https://iapps.courts.state.ny.us/nyscef/ViewDocument?docIndex=YNh3yMgHrdetTl43yQoAwg==","type":"complaint"}]}],"image":"https://www.50-a.org/images/officer/NCYM-elijah-mitchell.jpg","payroll":{"salary":"59065","regular":"57700","overtime":"14487","other":"9449","total":"81636"},"id":"NCYM","url":"https://www.50-a.org/officer/NCYM"}
