A Defendant NYPD Police Officer asked Plaintiff to exit his vehicle, and with malice and without probable cause, accosted and accused Plaintiff of driving while intoxicated. The Defendant officer than conducted an unlawful search of Plaintiff's vehicle and without any justification, issued Plaintiff a summons for disorderly conduct. The summons was dismissed by the Court on April 10, 2013. As a result of the ordeal, Plaintiff suffered physical and emotional injuries.\n\nOn or about February 4, 2013, Plaintiff was standing next to the stairs outside the front door of a premise when Defendant NYPD PO Kerry Hughes, with malice and without reasonable cause or provocation, accosted and arrested Plaintiff. Plaintiff was then handcuffed, arrested, and detained in a holding cell for 2 hours. He was later released from police custody with a summons for disorderly conduct.
