Defendants grabbed Plaintiff, and violently contorted Plaintiff’s arms behind his back and applied metal handcuffs to his wrists in an excessively tight fashion. No contraband or weapons were found during the search. Plaintiff was taken against his will to the 88th NYPD precinct where he was subject to an intrusive, dehumanizing, degrading and illegal search in which they opened the waistband to Plaintiff’s boxers and examined his genitals and anus even though they had no individualized suspicion Plaintiff had any contraband secreted.
