Two of the officers Plaintiff had recognized from the precinct several days earlier got out of their vehicle and approached the Plaintiff stating that the Sergeant at the 44th precinct wanted to speak with Plaintiff. Plaintiff was handcuffed and taken to the precinct, and complained of the handcuffs being too tight and also of not feeling well and requested to be taken to a hospital. The Defendant officers took Plaintiff into a cell, still in handcuffs with his ankles in shackles and continued to repeatedly beat, kick and hit the Plaintiff in his back, neck, wrists, and body without justification, and knocked Plaintiff's teeth out of his mouth. Defendant officers ignored Plaintiff's injuries and request for medical treatment for approximately 13 hours before calling for medical assistance.
