Plaintiff was then unlawfully handcuffed by Defendant Officers as he was trying to get dressed. Plaintiff was then searched by Defendant Officers, and no contraband was found. Defendants then tried to choke the plaintiff and tightened his metal handcuffs, causing contusions and deep lacerations on his wrists.  Defendant Officers also slammed the door on Plaintiffs foot during the encounter, causing physical injury. The defendant police officers provided the Bronx County District Attorney’s Office with the false, misleading and/or incomplete information that Plaintiff committed a crime.
