Defendant Officers accused him of lying and then, when Plaintiff remained outside his home, forcibly grabbed him, pushed him, hit him with a metal baton, and sprayed his eyes with OC Mace Pepper Spray, causing physical injuries. Defendant Officers placed Plaintiff in handcuffs and unlawfully arrested and searched him, and no probable cause or contraband was found. Plaintiff asked to be taken to the hospital for his injuries, and he was taken to Brookdale Hospital, but Defendant Officers still would not tell him why he was being arrested despite being asked repeatedly by Plaintiff. Then, Plaintiff was taken to the 75th Precinct where Defendant Officers provided false information that Plaintiff had obstructed governmental administration. Plaintiff was charged and held in unlawful custody for 30 hours, so was released on July 22, 2020. Plaintiff lost his job before the charges were ultimately dismissed and sealed over a month later on September 8, 2020.","documents":[{"url":"https://iapps.courts.state.ny.us/nyscef/ViewDocument?docIndex=QjXqktYorse2snmF1BY5Dg==","type":"complaint"}]}],"id":"NM2F","url":"https://www.50-a.org/officer/NM2F"}
