She also made them aware of her medical condition. At the precinct her personal belongings were taken, and she was not given a voucher for her personal items. While being searched at the precinct the plaintiff fainted. While in custody the Plaintiff was denied water and a restroom for an extended period. Eventually Officer Duran brought water to the Plaintiff and forced her to drink the entire container when she began vomiting and shaking on the floor and was refused medical attention. Plaintiff was held at the precinct until about 5:20am was released with an appearance ticket for trespassing. On January 2, at approximately 3:00 p.m., after 35 hours in unlawful custody, plaintiff was arraigned in Bronx County Criminal Court, charged with crimes and was released from custody. Thereafter, Plaintiff made approximately 2 court appearances before having a\ntrial by jury. During Plaintiffs jury trial, the Defendant's made false and misleading statements to the Court.
