The defendant officers pointed their guns at plaintiffs and ordered them to exit the vehicle, where they immediately grabbed plaintiffs, pushed them against the vehicle, and placed handcuffs on their wrists. The defendant officers unreasonably searched plaintiffs and, although no weapons or contraband were recovered and neither plaintiff committed any crime or offense, defendant officers unlawfully imprisoned plaintiffs in a police vehicle. Defendant officers searched plaintiff King’s vehicle and falsely claimed that contraband was recovered.
