Plaintiff asked two officers to find his arresting officer so the plaintiff could request to make a call to his attorney. After hours of waiting, plaintiff tried to get an officer's attention by knocking on the door of his cell. Officer Brian Lukowsky and a captain came downstairs and told plaintiff to put his hands behind his back. Lukwosky and the captain then placed excessively tight handcuffs on the plaintiff. Lukowsky placed the plaintiff in leg irons. Captain John Doe than punched plaintiff in the back and side. Lukowsky slammed plaintiff into a wall, pushed him into the door of the holding pen, slammed him into another door, pushed him to the ground, dragged him up a flight of stairs, slammed him into a wall, took plaintiff into an office, slammed him into a locker, threw him on a desk, sat plaintiff in a chair, and yanked the chair out from under him causing him to fall. Captain John Doe then hit plaintiff and kicked him in the stomach. Officer John Doe hit plaintiff in the back. Lukowsky hit plaintiff in the head. Plaintiff was left in the cell for approximately 6 hours. Plaintiff never got to call his lawyer. Other officers not involved in the beating did nothing to stop it.
