Defendant Officer Rooney's version of events changed dramatically between July 9, 2019 and October 7, 2019. The allegations against Plaintiff contained in the Criminal Court Complaint were fabricated and Defendant Officer Rooney altered her previous version of events to justify how she was injured to her superiors at NYPD.
