John or Jane Does #1-10 actions, and failure to investigate the Plaintiff’s sister’s complaint, 911 call, Plaintiff’s complaint, or to consider the most basic evidence as the Plaintiff’s missing teeth and serious bodily injuries caused to Plaintiff by the assaulters who did not reside at the location or building, and were not lawfully present in the building which was the Plaintiff’s sister's home, was a blatant violation of the Plaintiff’s due process rights, which caused the sequence of events that ultimately resulted in the arrest and deprivation of Plaintiff's liberty without probable cause to do so. P.O. Moises Contreras and P.O. John or JaneDoes #1- 10 took Plaintiff to the 44th precinct where her arrest was processed, but because there was no basis to arrest and prosecute the Plaintiff, the case against the Plaintiff was dismissed on November 13, 2019. As a direct and proximate result of defendants’ actions, plaintiff experienced personal and physical injuries, pain and suffering, fear, humiliation, an invasion of privacy, psychological pain, emotional distress, mental anguish, embarrassment, humiliation, and financial loss.
