Plaintiff eventually came to the door and opened a few inches when Sergeant Sukhnanadan put his foot in the crack and pushed the door open. Sergeant Sukhnanadan pushed his way into the apartment which knock plaintiff to the floor and he began beating plaintiff with his baton while the additional officers flipped plaintiff over and handcuffed him. The police officers in the apartment continued to kick, punch, and beat the plaintiff while he laid on the floor handcuffed.
