Plaintiff was told not to return to the bank without the police. Plaintiff then stepped out of the bank, dialled the NYPD, and told them that the bank had robbed him of $200. When the Defendant NYPD officers Alton and Heize arrived, they physically assaulted him, threw him face first onto a gurney, forced him into an ambulance, and stuck him in the locked psych ward of a hospital where he was held for two days. The EMS workers who attended to Plaintiff did not behave better than the police.
