Plaintiff read the warrant and stated it did not give them permission to enter her apartment. Officers Leahy and Kirk stopped the door from closing, grabbed plaintiff and assaulted her while attempting to arrest her. They twister her arms to hurt her and put the handcuffs on tightly. Plaintiff suffered shortness of breath and had to go to the hospital, where she was laced in ankle and handcuffs. After she was released, officers intentionally rolled the windows up in the van with no AC in order to harm the plaintiff. \nAfter the arrest, defendants conspired to fabricate lies that the Kedar Harper been at her home, that plaintiff prevented them from arresting him, and that she assaulted them. Officers had Kirk, Tehan, and Nieh go to the ER even though they were not injured to back up their story. This resulted in her being charged with felony assault. Over a year, plaintiff was subject to prosecution where officers provided sworn false testimony. All officers revealed they did not understand the law and were not legally allowed to enter plaintiffs home.
