After finally granting her repeated requests to use the restroom, a male officer stood and watched her while she was entirely exposed to him. They took her to the 30th precinct; she complained she wasn't feeling well; her blood pressure was so high that she had to be rushed to the hospital. The officers informed her while she was in the hospital that the charges were dropped and refused to help her find her way home despite taking her money, phone, and metro card. The third plaintiff is the son of the first two plaintiffs. He was asleep in bed when five unidentified officers entered his bedroom with their guns drawn. When Plaintiff's neighbor informed the officer that he didn't have ID on him, Plaintiff told the officer that she knew the man to be a resident of her building and that she could retrieve his ID for him if necessary. The officer told Plaintiff to \"shut the fuck up\" and then brought her neighbor to his police vehicle where he began to search the man.
