Apparently the Defendants had stopped the vehicle thinking that it had been the escape vehicle for two perpetrators of a nearby stabbing even though it did not match the description and a witness said it was the wrong car. Nevertheless, Plaintiffs and the passenger they dropped off were arrested and taken to the 72nd Precinct.
