The police officers tried to grab Mr. Moore's arms and one police officer slammed Mr. Moore onto the floor, one officer drew his handgun and pointed it at Plaintiff's face, and both officers began hitting and kicking plaintiff. The handgun split the plaintiff's eye while he was being attacked. He was issued a ticket for possession of marijuana based on the false statements of officers.
