Plaintiff rode onto the side way to avoid getting caught in the passing traffic. He rode back into the street after passing the 2 double-parked cars. When he made an U-turn a police van sped up and cut him off in a manner and method endangering Plaintiff's life. Police Duclair exited the van while calling for backup and asked Plaintiff to put his hands behind his back. Once the backup arrived, Police Duclair forcibly throw Plaintiff onto the ground and handcuffed his left hand . Police Cassandra Brown banged Plaintiff's head onto the ground causing him to press his knuckles into the ground to lift himself.  Approximately 15-20 more police came to assist Police Duclair to handcuff Plaintiff. Plaintiff spent more than 24 hours in 2 separate precincts. At no time did Plaintiff violate any law to be falsely arrested and imprisoned.
