Plaintiff was suddenly yanked from his vehicle, slammed against it, and arrested without explanation. The Defendant officers also conducted an unauthorized search of his car while Plaintiff was handcuffed. Despite no drugs or weapons being found, Plantiff's personal property, including a sentimental watch, was taken without voucher and never returned, even after multiple attempts to retrieve it.
