Plaintiff tried to leave at this point but was handcuffed, her person and purse were searched, and she was taken to the 78th NYPD police precinct. She was imprisoned and subjected to a humiliating search where she was forced to lift up her shirt and bra. She was also photographed and fingerprinted. Officer Brown created and manufactured false evidence against Plaintiff when she was charged falsely for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
