Officers forced Plaintiff into an unmarked van then transported him to the precinct where Sergeant Aman met them outside to remove Plaintiff from the van and bring him into the building. \nPlaintiff asked Sergeant Aman and another officer to loosen their grip, and Sergeant Aman grabbed both of Plaintiff's arms and pushed him toward and into the front desk. Police officer Theresa Fletcher told Sergeant Aman to stop, but he told her to \"mind [her] business.\" No officers intervened as Sergeant Aman forced Plaintiff against the front desk and continued to yank his arms.
