Following the arrest, Plaintiff was taken to the NYPD 66th Precinct, where she was scanned and searched without being Mirandized. She was then transported to Central Booking against her will and illegally detained until her release on January 15, 2021. All baseless charges were dismissed in Plaintiff's favor on March 15, 2021. Plaintiff let the Detectives inside where she spoke with them for approximately 30 minutes when Detective Kashinsky grabbed Plaintiff and placed her in a chokehold. Detective Kashinsky then grabbed Plaintiff's ribs and buttocks, and then handcuffed her. The Detectives transported Plaintiff to the precinct and upon arriving at the precinct, Detective Kashinsky physically threw the Plaintiff out of the car and onto the ground, picked her up and threw her into the trunk of another car. As a result, Plaintiff injured her back and ribs, requiring medical treatment and now necessitate Plaintiff's use of a cane to walk. Plaintiff was brought back to the precinct from the hospital and was subjected to another physical search by unidentified female officer, who went into Plaintiff's bra and lifted up Plaintiff's skirt in front of male members. Plaintiff was held in custody for over 24 hours before being released. Plaintiff was subsequently prosecuted but all charges were dismissed. \n\nOn November 19, 2018, Plaintiff was at her building's elevator when a neighbor pushed Plaintiff and called 911. Officers Rothenberg and Martinez arrived and grabbed Plaintiff's arm, causing lacerations and bruising. Officer Rothenberg twisted Plaintiff's arms and torso, causing Plaintiff extreme pain, and handcuffed her. Officer Rothenberg slammed Plaintiff into a glass wall, telling her to \"shut the F*** up\", and arresting her for resisting arrest. Plaintiff was violently pushed into the police car and transported to the precinct. Officer Rothenberg caused Plaintiff's head to strike a metal railing and Officer Rothenberg took Plaintiff's turban off her head. Unknown NYPD members took Plaintiff's bracelets and earrings. Plaintiff was subsequently transported to a local hospital to treat her injuries, including slipped discs. Plaintiff was held in custody for over 24 hours before being released. Plaintiff was subsequently prosecuted but all charges were dismissed. \n\nOn April 19, 2019, Plaintiff was outside her home when Officers Rothenberg and Martinez arrived upon an allegation that Plaintiff struck a maintenance man. Officer Guzman and another unidentified female officer grabbed the Plaintiff's arm, handcuffed Plaintiff and placed Plaintiff in a chokehold. As Plaintiff's friend was being put into the police van, Plaintiff walked in front of the van to cross the street.
