Detectives Michael Gaughan and James Tierney obtained information establishing the innocence of plaintiff, but failed to disclose it. Further, Assistant District Attorney William Racolin possessed information that established the innocence of plaintiff, but intentionally withheld that information from the Grand Jury, trial court, trial jury, and defense counsel. On October 29, 1997, plaintiff was improperly convicted of murder.
