Abramowitz and two unidentified officers approached plaintiff and the others and told them to remove the candles or they would destroy them.  Plaintiff and the others told the officers that the Fire Dept. did not object to the candles, and one of the people gathered after the funeral sat down near the candles.  The officers assaulted and arrested plaintiff without justification.  During the arrest, plaintiff told the officers that he had a pre-existing injury to his wrist and that the cuffs were too tight, but the officers made no accommodation.  Plaintiff repeatedly requested medical attention, but was refused.  The officers gave plaintiff a Desk Appearance Ticket for disorderly conduct.
