Defendants appeared in the vicinity of this incident then approached Plaintiff and  questioned him about what occurred between him and the non-party individually. Plaintiff then explained to Defendants that Plaintiff was physically battered by the non-party individual. Defendants explained to Plaintiff that if he did not drop his complaint against the non-party individual, then he would be arrested, without probable cause. When Plaintiff refused to drop his complaint, defendants illegally seized him, aggressively grabbed his head and body before unlawfully searching his person. Defendants then grabbed Plaintiff about his body and extremities before violently contorting his arms and wrists behind his back and applying excessively tightened metal handcuffs.
