Defendant. Defendant’s accused Plaintiff of having an open container of alcohol, but Plaintiff did not. He was illegally seized and aggressively grabbed and assault. They then illegally searched Plaintiff, shoving their having ito his clothes and private areas. They recovered no contraband from Plaintiff. Plaintiff ended up requiring medical treatments due to the extensive bruises. \n\nWhile at the Precinct, Defendant Officer’s subjected Plaintiff to a strip search where they forced Plaintiff to completely disrobe and no contraband was recovered. He was transported to Central Booking in a dirty cell until his arraignment.
