At the precinct, one of the unnamed defendant officers apologized to Plaintiff for Defendant Angello's behavior, saying that he \"was going through issues in his personal life and taking them out on civilians he pulled over\". After being released on bail, Plaintiff went back to the precinct to retrieve his vehicle, at which time Defendant Angello threatened him, saying that he'd arrest Plaintiff if Plaintiff ever returned to Brooklyn. Upon retrieving his vehicle, Plaintiff found that it had been damaged by Defendant Angello in excess of $10,000, meaning that Plaintiff could no longer enter his vehicle into shows and competitions as he usually did.
