While Plaintiff was lawfully sitting in his vehicle, Police Officer John Doe, Defendant, approached Plaintiff and proceeded to violently and unlawfully push, shove, slam onto the ground, assault, batter, and unlawfully arrest and handcuff Plaintiff without probable cause of explaining what crime he had committed. After being handcuffed, Defendant proceeded to put Plaintiff in a chokehold to the point of almost passing out and suffered from dizziness and shortness of breath.  \n\nDefendant, proceeded to place Plaintiff in the back of the patrol car for about an hour with no medical attention provided.  Plaintiff remained in a holding cell at the precinct thereafter for about six hours where his repeated requests for medical attention was denied and handcuffs were placed too tight.
