While restraining Mr. Musa, Officer Mombrun, Miller and Nulman violently contorted Mr. Musa's arms and wrists and applied handcuffs in an excessively tight fashion. Mr. Musa complained that the handcuffs were too tight, but his pleas were ignored by the officers. The defendants, without a valid warrant, reasonable suspicion or probable cause, illegally searched through Mr. Musa's pockets and arrested him, transporting him to the 68th NYPD precinct.
