PO Vanderpool searched and frisked Plaintiff without legal basis. Plaintiff was falsely arrested and charged with criminal trespassing. The officers created false evidence and provided it to the DA’s Office. Plaintiff spent approximately six hours at the precinct, before being taken to his arraignment.
