Plaintiff inquired as to the circumstances and was told to step back.  Plaintiff saw a cell phone fall from his pockets, so she picked it up and tried to walk away.  Plaintiff was then violently thrown to the ground, causing her halter top to fall off and expose her upper body.  As Plaintiff then tried to walk away, other officers threw her into and then over a metal fence, causing injury to her arms as she tried to brace her fall and exposing her undergarments as her legs splayed in the air.   The officers called Plaintiff racist names and tightly handcuffed her.  Plaintiff was eventually taken to Central Booking, charged and released after 21 hours.  While at the precinct, Plaintiff was forces to expose her breasts to show she had no contraband.  Defendant officers Ilbey Aykac, Michael Costa, Joshua Faranda, Thomas McCue, Edwin Reyes and Jesse Ullger all made false statements in reports or to district attorneys. Other civilians were present including a young man sitting near plaintiff. Two officers approached the man and asked whether a cup of liquid on the ground belonged to him. The man denied the cup belonged to him. Officers insisted the cup belonged to the man. Officers threw the man to the ground. Other civilians, including plaintiff, protested the police misconduct. One of the officers called for backup over a hand radio. Other officers immediately came to the scene. Plaintiff decided to go home. As plaintiff crossed Lexington Ave, she heard an officer yell, \"Get her. Take that bitch too.\" Two officers grabbed plaintiff and threw her face down on the hood of a car. Four more officers piled on top of plaintiff. After plaintiff was rear-cuffed, an officer threw her into the back seat of a police car, banging her head into the roof of the car. Plaintiff was taken to the Public Service Area 5 precinct, and held until the next morning. Plaintiff was searched by a female police officer, who made plaintiff loosen and shake her bra in the officer's presence. Officers filed a false and misleading report and made false and misleading statements regarding the circumstances of the arrest. The NY DA prosecuted plaintiff. On May 17, 2013, plaintiff was taken to Central Booking, arraigned on numerous charges, pleaded not guilty, and released from custody.
