Following this attack, Plaintiff called 911 and requested a supervising officer. The call prompted numerous additional POs to the scene but none spoke to Plaintiff, only PO Gil. PO Gil then falsely arrested Plaintiff for obstruction and disorderly conduct. PO Gil's action initiated a malicious prosecution against Plaintiff. PO Kelvin White participated in this false arrest and placed handcuffs on Plaintiff, injuring Plaintiff. Plaintiff was subsequently imprisoned until Plaintiff's arraignment on September 29, 2019.
