Defendant Officers, including Officer Segovia, Verendia, and Brathwaite, forcibly threw Plaintiff off his bicycle, slammed him into the pavement, and punched him in his ribs and arms. Plaintiff was placed in handcuffs that were too tight. Defendant Officers fabricating a false narrative, in which they claimed Plaintiff committed criminal activities including Resisting Arrest and Disorderly Conduct in order to place him under arrest. Defendant Officers ignored all of Plaintiff’s pleas to loosen the handcuffs, causing substantial pain to Plaintiff’s wrists and hands and further causing bruising and swelling.
