The Defendants then slammed the Plaintiff's head against an NYPD vehicle, causing the Plaintiff to fall to the ground. Once on the ground, the Defendants began kicking the Plaintiff in the head, causing him to lose consciousness. The Plaintiff was then transported to the local precinct. \nAt the precinct, the Plaintiff was subjected to vulgar and vicious racial epithets by the Defendants, who called him a \"fucking n*gger\" while brutally assaulting him.
