Plaintiff was transferred to NY Central Booking. On August 24, 2011, after 30 hours in custody, plaintiff was arraigned, charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, and released on his own recognizance. Plaintiff made several court appearances. On August 31, 2011, a motion to dismiss the criminal charges against plaintiff was filed on plaintiff's behalf.
