Defendants isolated Plaintiff causing Plaintiff to become alarmed and concerned for his safety. Defendant Officers, including Defendants SERGIO GARCIACASTILLO; DENNIS TEJADA; JOHN DOE ONE to THREE while acting in concert, without adequate cause assaulted Plaintiff. During the assault, Defendants, among other things, approached Plaintiff, began pushing, shoving, and punching Plaintiff on his face and body. Defendants seized Plaintiff and while acting in concert, falsely arrested Plaintiff claiming Plaintiff assaulted SERGIO GARCIACASTILLO. The Defendant police officers falsely stated to the KINGS County District Attorney’s Office that Plaintiff had committed a crime despite knowing that they lacked a legal and a factual basis to allege that Plaintiff committed any crime. The KINGS County District Attorney’s Office charged Plaintiff with several charges, including Assault in the Second Degree.  After more than a month in jail, video evidence emerged showing Plaintiff was innocent of the bail eligible crimes charged.
