He was aggressively approached by defendants CROWLEY, GONZALEZ, and JOHN or JANE DOE 1-10 who grabbed his arms and applied metal handcuffs in an excessively tight fashion. they then removed the plaintiff to an NYPD precinct despite not observing any crime committed by Plaintiff or having any probable cause to arrest him. \n\nAt the Precinct, Plaintiff was fingerprinted, photographed, and searched along with other indignities. Defendants forwarded false claims to prosecutors so that Plaintiff would be prosecuted. They further suppressed exculpatory evidence and engaged in conduct undertaken in bad faith to justify the arrest.  For eleven months Plaintiff was held in Rikers Island where he was subject to assaults and batteries, countless civil rights violations, strip searches, and cavity inspections until the charges were dropped.","documents":[{"url":"https://web.archive.org/web/20240712155119/https://iapps.courts.state.ny.us/nyscef/ViewDocument?docIndex=nYbJ04pw8CFvkguT1c72Xg==","type":"complaint"}]}],"id":"Q9GV","url":"https://www.50-a.org/officer/Q9GV"}
