At night the parole officer, along with other four defendant police officers arrived and knocked on plaintiff's door. Plaintiff did not expect to see the other officers and asked if he was being arrested. Right after plaintiff finished his question, defendant police officers lunged at him and, without any probable cause or legal justification, fire tasers at him, striking him in the chest and abdomen. Plaintiff was then handcuffed, searched, and arrested. Plaintiff was taken to the 48th precinct, where he was processed and detained. During arraignment, plaintiff was falsely prosecuted with baseless charges, but all charges were eventually terminated in his favor.
