Zalewski and other P.O.s. Upon arriving at the scene of his handcuffed brother, plaintiff asked the P.O.s why they were arresting him. Despite complying with the P.O.s' orders, plaintiff was pushed by defendant P.O. Aiello. Plaintiff attempted to walk away but defendant P.O.s Elliott and Aiello continued to follow and push plaintiff. Defendant P.O. Wang ordered his officers to handcuff plaintiff. Several P.O.s surrounded, physically restrained, and repeatedly punched plaintiff. While plaintiff was on the ground, P.O. Zalewski forcefully stomped on the back of plaintiff's head, which caused heavy bleeding. Some defendants further positioned themselves to obstruct cameras from recording the incident. At the precinct, plaintff's repeated requests for medical attention were denied.
