When the police arrived, plaintiff immediately lay on the floor so as not to provoke the officers. Without explanation, Defendant P.O.s Adam Dumelle, Raymond Williams, and Timothy Kornbluth handcuffed plaintiff and carried him into the hallway. Defendants stomped on, hit and kicked plaintiff as he lay on the ground in handcuffs. One of the officers removed plaintiff's belt and used it to hit plaintiff. The officers beat plaintiff unconscious. Plaintiff awoke with a sheat around his head. The officers grabbed him by the legs and dragged him down the stairs, allowing his head to hit each stair. Plaintiff was placed in an ambulance with the sheet still over his head. Plaintiff was bleeding profusely and the sheet restricted his breathing.
