A dispute broke out between the man Plaintiff pays rent to and another older gentleman that resides there. The cops were called and nothing happened. When Plaintiff asked why he was being detained, the individual defendants told him to shut up and placed handcuffs tightly on his wrists. He was then ripped out of his apartment in the cold and denied access to a jacket before being transported to the 34th Precinct. Plaintiff was transported to a hospital after not feeling well and telling Defendants he has recently been recovering from a bout of pneumonia. Plaintiff hands and feet were cuffed for almost 7 hours while at the hospital. \n\nPlaintiff went to Harlem Hospital on December 12, 2022 due to ankle pain and difficulty walking and was diagnosed with tendonitis. On March 15, 2022, a jury acquitted Plaintiff of all charges concerning the murder, which actually took place in 2011.
